Refunds

• In our refund policy, we state that if the product is undamaged and is still in the original packaging we are more than happy to refund the product. 

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

How long does it take to ship a product?

• On average shipping usually, takes about 14-21 days ( however this will depend on how much demand there is for the product)
